  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery

  • Domestic delivery window: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (carrier-dependent).

  • International delivery: timing varies by destination and customs.

Rates & Thresholds

  • Shipping rates (and any free-shipping thresholds) are calculated at checkout.

  • We ship to most residential addresses and P.O. Boxes where carriers allow.

Customs & Duties (International)

  • Any customs, duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected on delivery.

Order Changes & Address Issues

  • If you need to update your address, contact Support@yahwehHomes.com before your order ships.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues after dispatch.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors first.

  • For damaged or lost shipments, email Support@yahwehHomes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
